The European Commission has published the 2019 Guide for Experts (849 KB), titled 'Guide for Experts on Quality Assessment – Actions managed by National Agencies'.
This document is a tool for assessors of Erasmus+ funding applications. It provides instructions and guidance to ensure consistent and high-quality assessments, and includes information on:
- the role and appointment of experts;
- the principles of assessment;
- the assessment process; and
- how the award criteria for each Key Action and sector are applied.
